JAP -民主党（みんしゅとう、英語: Democratic Party of Japan、"DPJ"）は、日本の政党である。略称は「民主」。日本において自由民主党に次ぐ勢力を持つ政党であり、事実上二大政党の一つである。衆議院では自民党に次ぐ第2会派、参議院では第1会派である。
